At 5to9vibe, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or update your order. To ensure we can assist you as efficiently as possible, please review the cancellation policy outlined below.


Cancellation Timeframe

To request an order cancellation or modification, please contact our Customer Support Team at cs@5to9vibe.com within two (2) hours of placing your order.

  • Requests submitted within 2 hours:
    You are eligible for a full 100% refund with no cancellation or processing fees.

  • Requests submitted after 2 hours:
    Your order may already be in processing or production. In such cases, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Order Modifications

Requests to modify an order—including changes to design, size, or shipping address—may be subject to additional charges, depending on the nature and extent of the requested changes.


Cancellation Confirmation & Refund Processing

  • Our Customer Service Team will review and confirm your request within 8–12 hours of receiving your email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
