ORDER TRACKING & SUPPORT
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Orders typically require 3–5 business days for printing and processing. As a result, tracking information is generally available 7–10 business days after your order is placed.

DELIVERY
Please note that your local customs office may require additional documentation or processing time, which could delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.
Orders may be delivered by your local postal service or a private courier, depending on your location. In most cases, packages are delivered by the local postal service and will arrive as regular mail. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a notice may be left with instructions on how to collect your package.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment center, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily indicate that the carrier (such as USPS or DHL) has already picked up the package. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of purchase for tracking status updates to become available.
TRACKING SHOWS “DELIVERED,” BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE
We understand how important your order is. 5TO9VIBE provides tracking information for all shipments. If the tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Check around your residence or delivery area
- Confirm with family members, roommates, or neighbors
- Check with your building manager, front desk, or apartment office
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist you, 5TO9VIBE is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you are unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
AFTER YOU’VE PURCHASED
When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner warehouses worldwide.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, allowing you to track its progress.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
5TO9VIBE proudly serves customers worldwide. All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Currency conversion rates are determined by your credit card issuer at the time of purchase.
How Long Does International Shipping Take?
International shipping generally takes 2–3 weeks to arrive, though delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures in your country.
5TO9VIBE is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or any additional fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer, even if a shipment is refused upon delivery.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties or import taxes. Such charges may be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery. Payment of these fees is the customer’s responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at cs@5to9vibe.com or via Live Chat.
Orders are processed and shipped quickly. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
