Because all 5TO9VIBE products are made-to-order and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order—such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we will gladly offer a refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

We want your order to be created exactly as you intended. While we understand that mistakes can happen, we encourage you to carefully review all order details before submitting your purchase and to double-check the confirmation email after your order is placed. Please pay close attention to spelling, names, sizes, and customization options.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled or modified within six (6) hours of being placed. After this time, orders are automatically sent into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
