DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Because all 5TO9VIBE products are made-to-order and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we gladly accept returns and will provide either a refund or a replacement depending on the situation, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
As all of our products are made to order, we only support exchanges if the item does not fit or if you would like to exchange it for another product of equal or higher value. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges or returns that are not caused by our error.

To assist with your return or replacement request, please contact our Customer Service team and provide clear photos and a video of the package being opened (unboxing video) showing the issue with the item.

While we understand that mistakes can happen, we encourage you to carefully review all order details before submitting your purchase and to double-check the confirmation email after your order is placed. Please pay close attention to spelling, names, sizes, and customization options.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled or modified within six (6) hours of being placed. After this time, orders are automatically sent into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
