As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, customers may request a full refund if an order has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If tracking information is not immediately available, it simply means the carrier has not yet processed the shipment. Tracking updates will appear once the package is scanned.
If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address and email address are entered correctly at checkout.
If we detect missing or incorrect address information, we may contact you for clarification, which can delay shipment.
5TO9VIBE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will not be returned to our warehouse and may be donated to charity.
A re-shipping fee will be required to resend orders returned because of incorrect address information.
If you contact the carrier directly to redirect or forward your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay.

Because all 5TO9VIBE products are made-to-order and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled or modified within six (6) hours of being placed. After this time, orders are automatically sent into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
