IMPORTANT NOTES

• Once your order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
• Personalized or customized orders may require additional time for design adjustments, depending on the complexity of the request.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will not be returned to our warehouse and may be donated to charity.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Because all 5TO9VIBE products are made-to-order and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we gladly accept returns and will provide either a refund or a replacement depending on the situation, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
As all of our products are made to order, we only support exchanges if the item does not fit or if you would like to exchange it for another product of equal or higher value. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges or returns that are not caused by our error.
Returns can be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving the package. The product must remain in its original condition and must not be damaged due to use.

To assist with your return or replacement request, please contact our Customer Service team and provide clear photos and a video of the package being opened (unboxing video) showing the issue with the item.

BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

We want your order to be created exactly as you intended. While we understand that mistakes can happen, we encourage you to carefully review all order details before submitting your purchase and to double-check the confirmation email after your order is placed. Please pay close attention to spelling, names, sizes, and customization options.

If you have any questions regarding personalization or product details, you are welcome to contact us before placing your order at cs@5to9vibe.com or via Live Chat.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled or modified within six (6) hours of being placed. After this time, orders are automatically sent into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
