All items offered on 5TO9VIBE are made to order. This means that once you place an order, each item is printed individually just for you to ensure the best possible quality.

- $1.00 for each additional 1 items
- Free shipping on orders of 5 or more items

If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address and email address are entered correctly at checkout.
- If we detect missing or incorrect address information, we may contact you for clarification, which can delay shipment.
- 5TO9VIBE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will not be returned to our warehouse and may be donated to charity.
- A re-shipping fee will be required to resend orders returned because of incorrect address information.
- If you contact the carrier directly to redirect or forward your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay.
