All items offered on 5TO9VIBE are made to order. This means that once you place an order, each item is printed individually just for you to ensure the best possible quality.

SHIPPING RATES

The following shipping rates apply to all destinations:

• $5.99 for the first item
• $1.00 for each additional 0.5 kg of weight
• Maximum shipping cost: $46.99
• Free shipping on orders of 10 or more items

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

We partner with reliable global carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, UPS, and other international shipping providers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. postal holidays, including:

• Presidents’ Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Production Time

• 1–3 business days

This is the time required to prepare and produce your order. Production timelines may vary depending on order volume.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the destination. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate estimates, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays that occur after shipment are beyond our control.

If any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, customers may request a full refund if an order has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If tracking information is not immediately available, it simply means the carrier has not yet processed the shipment. Tracking updates will appear once the package is scanned.

If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address and email address are entered correctly at checkout.

• If we detect missing or incorrect address information, we may contact you for clarification, which can delay shipment.
• 5TO9VIBE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will not be returned to our warehouse and may be donated to charity.
• A re-shipping fee will be required to resend orders returned because of incorrect address information.
• If you contact the carrier directly to redirect or forward your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay.
